Problem:

  • Need to maintain chain under forklift fork that can cause unsafety when forklift fork drop.
  • When standing on a forklift roof, it could fall from the top which causes unsafety.

Solution

  • Build a mobile structure for supporting the forklift fork.
  • Build a safety beam with a trolley rail for walking on top of the forklift safely

Dimension

  • Structure's height = 4 m
  • Structure's width = 1.2 m
  • Structure's length = 5.5 m

Project Timeline

  • 2 weeks after purchasing order (PO)
