Problem:

  • Need to prepare many lube oil brackets for maintenance from lube oil pails storage.

Solution

  • Build a trolley that could move 3 pails and 5 pails to the maintenance location.

Dimension

* Trolley for 3 pails
  • Structure's height = 1.55 m
  • Structure's width = 1 m
  • Structure's length = 1.2 m
* Trolley for 5 pails
  • Structure's height = 1.75 m
  • Structure's width = 1 m
  • Structure's length = 2 m

Project Timeline

  • 2 weeks after purchasing order (PO)
