Problem:

  • Need to reduce labor intensive from human workers and stack roof sheets of total weight around 2.5 tons

Solution

  • Build a finger system that can receive roof sheets and support the required load

Dimension

  • Structure's height = 1.2 m
  • Structure's width = 2.5 m
  • Structure's length = 12.1 m

Project Timeline

  • 14 weeks after purchasing order (PO)
